⚠️ Due to COVID and Brexit related changes, we have received numerous reports
from our EU-based customers that their orders are being automatically returned
to the UK. We reviewed this information with our service team in the UK and
they’ve confirmed there is an issue between DPD & HMRC systems. We are in
talks with DPD to quickly resolve the issue. If you’ve placed an order,
on or after December 21st, 2020 shipping into the EU and it’s been returned
to us as a result of DPD system error, we’ll contact you to issue a full
refund or to make another attempt at delivery once the DPD issue is resolved.
