I've used the whole range of groupings from some of the largest liners to the finest. All lay consistent, solid lines time after time.

I loupe check my needles every time and I'm surprised what a huge percentage of other brands' needles are damaged before I open the package. Black Claw has way higher quality standards and it's really worth the extra $ considering how many other brand needles I've thrown away. Love the bigger fine liners, so fine.
